Aerial Mapping & Photogrammetry
Detailed aerial maps, 3D site models, and point clouds that support measurements, site comparisons, and project planning. LiDAR available.
Each flight produces a georeferenced orthomosaic of the whole site, stitched from hundreds of overlapping photos. Every map and model is tied to real-world coordinates, so distances, areas, elevations, and volumes can be measured directly and flights can be compared over time.
The same imagery produces a dense point cloud of millions of measured points, along with a surface model, textured 3D model, and contours. They're ready for grade checks, drainage review, and existing-conditions work in your CAD software.
Design versus built. Send your site plan, grading plan, or CAD files. GDI lays them over the current orthomosaic, surface model, or point cloud, so you can see where the work in the field matches the design and catch where it doesn't before it gets built over.
GIS-ready. Deliverables come in standard GIS and CAD formats with the project's coordinate system defined, so they load straight into your GIS, CAD, or web mapping software.
Highly accurate. State-of-the-art equipment delivers highly accurate measurements, tailored to each client's requirements.
Outputs Orthomosaic · Point cloud · Surface and terrain models · 3D models · Contours · Design-versus-built overlay · LiDAR point cloud
Historic preservation. Measurable 3D models, orthomosaics, and detailed photo sets document existing conditions on historic buildings, giving owners, architects, and contractors an accurate base for preservation, repair, and renovation.

Volumetric Analysis
Track stockpiles and changes in site elevations to help assess earthwork progress, monitor material quantities, and inform project decisions.
Surface models compared flight to flight give earthwork quantities in cubic yards, so pay apps and change orders start from the same numbers.
Volume change is measured between two surfaces or against the design grade and reported with a heat map of where material moved.
Outputs Cut/fill volumes · Stockpile quantities · Change heat map

Aerial Photography & Video
Show the full picture of your project with aerial photography and video for progress documentation, stakeholder communication, and marketing.
Stills and video can be captured on the same visits as mapping flights, so the visual record and the measured record come from one schedule.
Typical uses Progress documentation · OAC meetings and owner updates · Lender and investor reporting · Marketing and leasing

Specialized Inspections
Visual and thermal inspections for structures, infrastructure, and assets.
Close-range documentation of roofs, facades, structures, and site infrastructure, capturing conditions that are slow, costly, or unsafe to reach on foot. Sensors, scope, and deliverables are set per project.
Typical uses Roofs and facades · Thermal imaging · Structures and infrastructure · Condition records over time
